Hot Fudge Pudding
A rich, moist chocolate cake that makes it’s own fudge sauce while baking.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tblsp melted shortening
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tblsp cocoa
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and 2 Tablespoons of cocoa together. Stir in milk and shortening. Spread in a 9×9″ pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over all. Bake 45 minutes at 350. This forms kind of a chocolate cakeish thing with its own chocolate sauce.
